Unit 1We are going to read stories. Period 1
一、教学目标 ：
1、能听懂、会说、认读listen to , talk about , read , write about ,put on a play , short , interesting。
2、能用“What are we going to do ?”“We are going to ?”谈论某人的计划或打算。
二、重点难点 :
重点:能听懂、会说、认读listen to , talk about , read , write about ,put on a play , short , interesting ,能用“What are we going to do ?”“We are going to ?”谈论某人的计划或打算,能听懂、会说A部分的对话。
难点:理解be going to 结构的用法。
三、教具准备：
戏剧的场景图片和音乐、单词卡片、教学挂图、教学磁带等。
四、教学过程设计：

1 . New words
(1)学习listen to
①欣赏一小段欢快活泼的音乐，引出listen to的学习。
②板书listen to 一词，引导学生观察这个动词短语的组成，先分别读再组合读。
（2）学习read , read stories , interesting
①T: We’re going to read.板书read一词并带读。
②T: What are we going to read ?We are going to read stories . (教师用课件或实物呈现各种各样的儿童故事书,引导学生边看图片边操练stories , read stories , We are going to read stories .) ③T: There are so many storybooks . They are interesting .教师板书interesting 一词并带读,单词拼写填空。
（3）学习talk about , put on a play , short , write about教师板书并带读talk about

(4)学生跟读B部分的词汇,模仿原声带的地道发音.
2.Dialogue
第一步 Listen and count
T: The children are having an English class . What are they going to do in the English class ? Listen and count .
不打开书,只听录音。听录音前，给出问题，孩子们在英语课上准备做哪些事情。
第二步 Listen and find
打开书，听录音。画出所有孩子们在英语课上准备做的事情，检查刚
才自己听到的是否正确。
第三步 Listen and number
教师用课件呈现几张图片，请学生标号。课件中提供的图片要有两张是多余的，让学生选择与排除。
第四步 Listen and repeat
听录音，跟读，注意an eraser 的读音。
第五步 Read and act
出示没有文字的课文插图1和插图2引导学生表演。
Step 3 Practice
1、用闪卡复习已学过的动词短语。
2、谈论周末的计划安排。
3、游戏：你问我答。教师做动作，学生猜教师要干什么。 Step 4 Consolidation
1 . Group work : “精彩六一我做主”任务。教师呈现六一儿童节情境学生四人一组制定计划，先小组合作讨论六一儿童节的活动方案，然后分小组汇报交流每组的六一儿童节的活动方案，建议用句型“What are we going to do ?”“We’re going to ?”“Are we going to ?”“Yes , we are ./ No , we aren’t .”

Period 2
一、教学目标：
1、复习巩固listen to，talk about , read，put on a play ，short , interesting，write about,能听懂、会说discuss ,write to sb .
2、能用“are we going to do ??”“Yes , we are . ”“No , we aren’t .”对自己或他人将要做的事情进行询问和回答。
二、重点难点：
重点：认读新短语write about ;能在游戏情境中对自己或他人将要做的事情进行询问和回答，能借阅读和理解课文D部分的短文。难点：be going to 一般疑问句的构成和书写。
三、教具准备 ：
单词卡片、教学磁带、PPT等

The first period
一、教学目标
1、能听懂、会说、会读新单词tall, short, long hair, round face, young, old.
2、能运用“What does she look like?”询问别人，并用“She is?/ She has...

二、教学重、难点
重点：能正确运用一般描述性形容词。
难点：形容人的长相。

四、教学步骤
Step 1. Warming-up
Games: Robert Dance
Rulers: I say touch your eyes/ears/ nose/mouth/shoulder/legs/arm. you should do it .If you are wrong, you have to sit down. The person who does it correctly is the winner. after that we begin to study our lesson.
目的在于活跃气氛，调动学生的积极性，减少学生的紧张情绪。加之五官属于人的长相的范畴，所以与此课人物外貌相关连，这样引
入就能自然过渡到本节课的内容。人物前活动用于扫除学生的语言障碍，因此在教学上以激发学生的学习兴趣为主，通过活动让学生感知、操练语言，为下一步活动做好铺垫。
Step 2. Presentation
T: Do you like Miss Yan?
Ss: Yes.
T: Why?
Ss: Because you are beautiful.
T: Thank you. Do you like her?(图片展示)
Ss: Yes.
T: OK, I know you think she is a beautiful girl, too. Today, we will learn Unit 1 What does she look like? ( 图片展示同时板书。) Then teach the new words and new sentences pattern. The teacher uses the pictures to lead and teach the new words and the new sentence pattern. And then ask the Ss to describe the classmates.
先利用图片展示进行新单词句型的引入,让学生熟悉。接着要求其他同学描述三位外貌典型的同学，再小组练习。这样更形象，更贴近生活，学生更容易接受，加强了学生间的合作与交流。再按发形，身高，体重的类别练习以免混淆，同时加深记忆。在教学的过程中，我要求学生描述教室里听课的老师，学生们十分激动，想着能用英语描述自己的老师了，他们特别高兴。此时的气氛很活跃。

设计这个任务目的在于让学生能学有所用，想象设计一下自己20岁风华正茂时的样子，并画出来，让此堂课别开生面，乐趣横生。同时这培养学生的多种能力，让其能动手动口。
在学生掌握好的前面的识的基础上再处理学习书上的知识，就化难为简，学生才能得心应手，同时让学生整体回顾本节课的重点内容。
